Adjusted EBITDA as a percentage of sales increased to 10.7% compared to 8.5% and Adjusted EBITDA increased by $2.4 million, or 12.8%, to $21.2 million compared to $18.8 million. Net income increased by $10.4 million, or 346.7%, to $7.4 million compared to a net loss of $3.0 million and diluted earnings per share increased to $0.21 compared to a loss per share of $0.09.
